Elitech i 100 CNC Internal Grinding Machine for shaft is a high-precision CNC Internal Grinding Machine specifically engineered for front bore grinding in long shaft components. Featuring a manually movable workhead up to 300mm [400mm optional], it accommodates long shafts securely while performing precision bore grinding up to 100mm depth from the shaft face. Equipped with Siemens 808D Advanced or Fanuc 0i-TF Plus CNC controller, it ensures accurate, repeatable bore grinding with minimal setup time.
The X-axis is mounted on roller-type linear guideways for low-friction, high-speed response, while the Z-axis moves on Turcite-B coated V-flat guideways for smooth, wear-resistant motion.
